Hello all,

I currently have a Cpanel/WHM server which I am reselling off of. Which basically is also running dns. I want to get another server to have just DNS to run off and turn DNS off on the Cpanel/WHM server. Is there something in WHM that when someone in CPanel addes a new subdomain or creates a new account it will just create the dns information on the secondary server? Has this been done before? Is there any tutorials? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I have never seen this done, and really don't know anyone that has tryed it. You are asking if DNS can run both machines? No, how are you going to bind the ips of the secondary server? How is it going to know where to find the secondary server?
