I am wanting to back up selected databases from a site daily. I want to keep the files for 7 days (one for every day of the week), and overwrite the oldest file.

I know the way to go about this is a Cron. However I don't know how to aceive this. Does anyone have a script that does this backing up? I know exactly which databases I want to backup.
