can anyone told me where to find mysql-server to install it for RedHat 3 ES?

[root@cp log]# up2date --showall | grep -i mysql

mysql package is client only

should be there:) ... anyway I recommend you to drop mysql3 and get mysql4 rpms from mysql.com or compile it from sources.
