Hi,

What's the procedure for adding new virtual hosts under one IP?

I have added a second domain name on PSA and set it as
Physical Hosting, but I'm keep on getting 'unknown host'
from pings and traceroutes.

(I have changed the domain name's dns information to
ns1 and ns2.ev1servers.net.)

Do I need to manually update httpd.conf for Virtual Hosts and
named.conf for BIND through ssh?

I have added a virutal host entry on httpd.conf manually but still no avail.. :confused:

(Do I need to notify Ev1servers to add my new domain name entry to their DNS server?)

Please help me..

If your using ns1/ns2.ev1servers.net for DNS then yes you need to submit a "DNS - Add record" ticket to have the domain added to DNS.
