Never seen this happen before but all of a sudden this morning I start getting email that no CGI scripts will work. I have verified that... I don't even get a error, just a 404 page when I try to access any perl script on the machine.
psa restart from shell no longer works under Plesk 7 either, whats the full path to that command?

To restart Plesk:
/etc/init.d/psa restart
Have you upgraded apache in the last day?
up2date did and the suexec binary was overwritten, fixed now but thanks none the less!
The old restart command used to restart all services sequentially is what I was looking for, all it restarts now is apache.
