What do I have to do to get a reply to an important Trouble Ticket I have open where a restore may have been completely messed up.

Could an ev1 staff member here please get someone to sort this out ASAP. Thank you.

The ticket is the first support step.

The steps Miso described are what come next if you aren't satisfied with the results or timeliness of the ticket.
