Urchin seems to have stopped running. It's been working fine for over 6 months. Yesterday one of my users notified me that it is not producing any output. When he clicks on the lin in his Cpanel all that is seen is
Content-type: text/HTML and a blank page. Anyone else running into this? According to WHM urchin is up and running.

Same thing for me, been like this for a few months now, not a soul at CPanel is willing to help or offer any fixes. It is a known issue that doesn't seem to effect every server since some report theirs is working just fine.
I got tired of it, told my resellers to quit charging their clients for it and have removed it from the menu options until it gets fixed, even then I probably won't bother since it's been broken more than once by CPanel updates in the past.

Mine broke overnight (according to client) and there were no updates done then as I have manual update and had not updated anything in 2 weeks. Urchin says it's cpanel problem, and to maybe look at file permissions. I'm not sure where the files are at to look.

Ok, I seem to have this working now ...
chmod 644 *.com, etc. in the /usr/local/apache/domlogs/ directory may have fixed it for me, just running the stats now but the users it has parsed already now have stats in Urchin again.
Before the chmod the files are 640, although urchin seems to run under the correct username when updating I get a feeling the GID isn't the same and therefore it cannot read the logs.

What's the deal with Urchin.. anyone come up with any solution to this?
all other stats programs -- webalizer, awstats etc. are working fine..
Urchin displays 0 information now..
