if that is the case then this article means SCO might try to claim ownership of SuSe

the article points out that the kernel is 2.6 which SCO claims has their CODE in it.
Thought SuSe was free to download?

Since Microsoft is by far the biggest investor in SCO, reportedly $100,000,000, I guess you could say they own it.
