If Red Hat users are frightened of being sued by SCO over supposed IP infringement, why not just sit happily and content with the knowledge that Red Hat will cover the costs of defense with their legal defense fund, not to mention the one also offered by OSDL and backed by IBM, Novell, Intel, etc?

Surely sounds much more reasonable then giving donations away to a dying company with very absurd claims. :confused:
