i wanna block www.xxxx.xx to open a banner of my site

can i setup a deny into apache or ...

How is the banner loading? It sounds like you would have to change the coding of the page if you want to do something on the server side. Your question does not really make that much sense but if you can edit apache you should be able to just edit the page and take out that script.

On the other hand if it loading though some other means it might not be possible and it might be a client side thing.
