This happened about 6 months ago... my cpanel says "license expired" when I and all my users try to log in. I submitted a trouble ticket at 8 pm with no response! Help?

I have no firewall to prevent communication, and the script for this is not on my server...(referring to other posts I found on this subject)

Try running /usr/local/cpanelcpkeyclt from the command line and that should take care of it.

Also, you should strongly consider installing a firewall.

That is a great how-to for setting up your server and doing some basic stuff to secure it. Its highly recommended that you atleast install a firewall to help in the possibility of getting hacked.
