additional ips are $1/ip/month with a $25 setup fee per order (not per ip)
in the past ip requests were sent to
askmesurfer@rackshack.net but there is now a link on our main page that takes you here:
https://members.ev1.net/rsMembers/english/index.asp . ive been told by a customer that he wasnt able to get this to work, so if you have problems then go ahead and send an email to askmesurfer.
also, i believe the 1st 7 ips are free
