I have a example.chat (new extension) domain. I created a hosting account for this domain on WHM. But this domain not working (i redirected for this domain before 18 days ago to my host from my registrar)

WHM have a problem with new domain extentions?

The reason, as I posted in another thread on the same exact subject shortly ago, is because .chat, .game, etc are NOT official domains.

Quoted from the New.net site; "The domains set up by New.net require internet users to install a small software application that will allow a user's computer to find the domains on the Internet."

So the only people who will find your .game website is someone who runs the New.Net software. Technically this is not a scam, but you will not get much traffic if people need special software to find you and most people don't have it installed, many refuse to install it, and even more remove it because it's concidered "Spy ware".

Not to sound rude, but my serious suggestion is get a real top level domain.

And, if you do add it to WHM, you will have to add it as the "proper domain name" which will be in the format example.chat.new.net (as the New.net extensions are really just subdomains!).
