I have a site which I changed to IP based in WHM, but for some reason now when I go to the IP directly the correct site loads but if I type in the domain it goes to the servers main domain and loads it.

I rebuilt the IP pool thinking that may fix it and also ran fixeverything to no avail.

I also rebooted thinking maybe one of the services failed but thats not it either.

IP changes usually take a couple of hours to refresh in DNS. You can lower the refresh times manually in your named.db, but if you give it time it should show up.

Really? That is odd because on my Ensim boxes when I go from named to IP based it shows up right away.. I find it odd Cpanel puts this in place because it screws up the site for several hours with basically downtime, but then again this is CPanel we are talking about
