I have a customer who is having problems receiving mail from keme.net he can receive email from other people, he has no spamassasin etc.
However i do have the apf firewall installed, could it be that?
What ports do i need open for email (i thought i had them all) and How do i stop it to test if it is that?
There is no error message, the emails just dont come through

apf -f
will stop it
apf -s
will restart the firewall.
Is it only one client or one address having the trouble. Make sure that some other account can receive from a different user on the same domain, if possible.

Ok well stopping the firewall didnt work
we've tested the keme smtp ourselves and sure enough it doesnt come through to any account on the server. However there is no error message and there is no recognition of it, no connection is made to the server, its not mentioned in the log, so its disappearing somewhere before it gets to the server.
Ive contacted keme but had no response yet and not the customer says its also happened with some accounts where other isps have been used.
I cant figure out what it is but of course it worked on a old server so he thinks its my server i just dont see how!
