I have two servers, and I set up atomicrocketturtles automatic secondary dns, seems to work fine. but here is my problem:

server 1 = lincoln
server 2 = madison

from lincoln i type at command prompt:

ping madison.cyberfury.com

what i get is this:

64 bytes from extremeoverclocking.com (XX.XX.X.XX) : icmp_seq .....

every time, but if i ping from madison to lincoln, everything is fine.

any ideas?

Hmm... sounds like extremeoverclocking.com is what ping is finding as the reverse DNS entry for the IP of madison. I can't find an A record for madison.cyberfury.com, so I can't confirm that for sure, but that's my guess.

my DNS is not hosted by ev1servers, does that matter? I have everything setup and running through my plesk.
