Hi..

2 dyas ago and to be specific when my CPanel was automaticly upgraded to WHM 8.8.0 cPanel 8.8.0-S74 i got lot's of strange begavior on my server..

1 - I'm not getting the daily email with the logs of CP updates

2 - APF is running but actualy not doing anything ... for example i can Telnet to the server IP athough i block that port with APF...
when i try to FTP BruteForce the server i was suppose to get report from the "BFD" by email and automaticly block the IP address that i'm connecting from. (It was working ok be4)

3 - Some times i'm not able to resolve my server main domain name to IP ... example, when i try to login to WHM some times i will connect and some times i get error saying that the page was not found, and when i do NSlookup it can't resolve WHM to IP


Can any body advice on that ..

P.S. i'm using RedHat 7.3 on Dell Dual Xeon server

Had the exact same "no logs being sent" issue. I ran all the fixes I could find, and it still wasn't resolved. Filed a TT with cPanel and they had it up and running quickly, but they never said what they did to fix it - something I really wish they would do.
