My support tickets get closed without reply or ignored.
This is my business you guys are messing with here and i am furious
I have also found out that you are going to change all my existing ip numbers. Why wasn't i told about this? So now when i do eventually get my server back i'm going to have to change my nameservers and it's gonna take at least another 24hrs till me and my customers can access our domains! I was told to expect a maximum of 1hr downtime and now i can expect at least two days!
What gives you the right to screw with my business like this? I wouldn't be surprised if i have zero customers left after this.
