I simply asked for more ip's and you take my server down without notice for over 24hrs!! wtf is going on??

My support tickets get closed without reply or ignored.

This is my business you guys are messing with here and i am furious mad.gif

I have also found out that you are going to change all my existing ip numbers. Why wasn't i told about this? So now when i do eventually get my server back i'm going to have to change my nameservers and it's gonna take at least another 24hrs till me and my customers can access our domains! I was told to expect a maximum of 1hr downtime and now i can expect at least two days!

What gives you the right to screw with my business like this? I wouldn't be surprised if i have zero customers left after this.

The way you treat your customers is appalling!!

Why do you refuse to answer my tickets?

My server has been screwed up for over 48hrs and i have had no apology or explanation.

Im trying to run a business here. I cannot put into words how angry i am at the moment.

Have you tried calling in? Have you tried speaking with someone in chat support? The quickest way to deal with a problem like that is to actually deal with someone in person and not in a trouble ticket queue considering the severity of your issue. If you PM me your RS# I'll be able to look into it as soon as I can.

I am in the UK and don't want to waste more money by making international phone calls to be speaking to the 'wrong person', bad past experiences (not with RS). It's also late here right now and don't want to wake the family with my shouting.

Tried to use the chat before on a couple of occasions and got no answer at all, complete waste of time. Support tickets should be of a higher priority than a chat server.

I've pm'ed you my number.

I'm really p****d about the way i have been treated/ignored by the staff at RS. I will be sending HS an email expressing my thoughts on this matter.

I will thank Patrick though as he seems to have solved the problem. It's a shame that he seems to be the only person at RS that can resolve problems.

ive phoned them from the uk a few times and its not expensive at all really. telewest dont charge much at all, i used my rents ntl line a while back and i dont think it came to more then 10p a min at most.
plus the techs you get are excellent, ive never been fobbed off and when it got over a techs head he went and learnt what was required, which i thought showed a great attitude, techs the learn rather then just escalate.
