I just got my dedicated server, rackshack never forwarded any info about the plesk access information.
All I got is server access info login and pass.. I tried all combinations possible for plesk and I can't login at all..
I even had to figure out a direct link to plesk, since they never forwarded that either to me..
What should I do ? How do I make plesk work?
