hi ,
I recive an email from cpanel on our server with this matter :

Apache has reached the MaxClients
limit. cPanel has increased the MaxClients limit to 240 (10 higher).

You may wish to suspend the user with the largest access log as they
are generally the person using up all of the avalible connections. However, your should
have your system admin verify this first.

Top 3 Largest access logs
====================================
54180 /usr/local/apache/domlogs/aaaaaaa.net
16684 /usr/local/apache/domlogs/bbbb.com
16104 /usr/local/apache/domlogs/rrrr.com

with is this message and what means it ?

It means apache hit a limit where it could no longer server web requests because of a built in limit and it raised said limit. Basically means you had over 230 people on the webserver at once.

The reason the limit exists in the first place is to guard against apache running out of control.

As for the part about suspending sites, they are just saying that one site is probably using alot of resources and you may want to delete it. That part really does not matter.
