I have registered a new domain name with EV1, and setup my own name servers in their domain management area.

Say newdomain.com, so n1.newdomain.com etc.

When I go to newdomain.com it works, and goes to the server. BUT if my customers put in the ns1.newdomain.com address for their domains, it does not work. It was been more then three days now, any tips on what is wrong?

Is there a A record for ns1.domain.com, check in WHM. I forget if cpanel does it by default. If it does goto dnsstuff.com and try and resolve it and see what error you get.
