Obviously, I have alot to learn about all this server admin stuff, so, while I am studying, I will pay a Guru to setup and secure my server to make it as airtight as possible and to install all the needed patches etc.

Buy emergency help from Plesk if you need it but sooner or later your going to have to devote the time to learn.
