Is everyone else having huge issues with mail?

One of our servers is seriously affected. I think this was one of the edge updates we did 2 days ago.

Symptoms:

Mail sent via outlook takes over 2 minutes to leave the users email client, msgs sit in the outbook then finally get sent, when sending mail though their server accounts.

Duplicate messages arriving, sometimes as many as 10

Users sending mail to this server experience timeouts, delays and bounced msgs back to the sender saying the message could not be delivered. Some mail claims a nameserver timeout while others cannot be delivered.

Authenticate errors in the logs

Pop3 errors;

Task 'user@domain - Sending and Receiving' reported error
(0x8004210B) : 'The operation timed out waiting for a response from the
sending (SMTP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact
your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

And the worst error;
A BUNCH OF REALLY ANGRY AND PISSED OFF USERS

I'm have a few of these as well as some other problems with a single domain but various users in that domain one of which is the webmaster (Me) Imagine that. I do not use the edge release. Only the stable with security updates.

yes, i am having the exact same error when trying to send email to a group of people. sending email to one person does not pose a problem...it just seems when i try to send an email with several email addresses in the BCC field.

i recieved a couple of duplicate emails today from one person...but nothing more than that.

but was able to send out emails to a group like a week ago, so i'm not convinced it's only MS Outlook 2002. i am on Ensim, btw....

anyone else getting this error?
