My server admin is retiring and I need someone to take over.

Details as follows:

1. I have 2 servers, Celeron 1.3 and a Dual Xeon, both Redhat and Cpanel. I've got about 70 accounts on the Celeron and recently bought the dual Xeon, only has 3 accounts on.

2. I need to seamlessly (as little pain to users as possible) transfer the celeron accounts over to the Xeon.

3. Afterwards I need Server admin for the Xeon - Celeron will be stopped - to do things like Kernel updates and other admin stuff.

I would require some references as the first time I advertised here for an Admin I had to go through 2 bullsh!tters and much expense until I found the current guy who is an absolute star (contact available by request).

I also signed up for server admin with Coast Internet Solutions ($29 per month) 3 weeks ago and have not had any reply/feedback or nothing from them.

Both of these companies are very respected and do a great job. When you do find somebody to manage it expect to pay in the $100/month range...anything much cheaper and be warry.
