When I view the bandwidth stats in WHM it shows bandwidth for all accounts but the subdomains show 0.0 bandwidth? I have searched but have not found any answers as to why this happens or how to fix it.

I have tried running the fix scripts but they have not worked.
I am using:
WHM 8.6.0 cPanel 8.6.0-R21
RedHat 9 - WHM X v2.1.1

I have also tried logging in to cpanel and viewing the subdomain stats but they don't have any info either.

I am not sure what the fix is or why the subdomain bandwidth is not displayed but I would like to fix it.

Just a few questions.
Do these subdomains actually recieve traffic?
Do you know that the clients aren't just using domain/sub-domainfolder?

that could be part of the problem.

Yes they get a lot of traffic between 5-10 gigs per day.

yes they are setup as subdomains, and are referenced as such also.

I have looked and the requests are sub.domain.com/xxx.htm
