Well here's a new one. Went to register another domain with EV1 today and got: your ip has been blocked from registration.

I have no idea why this would be unless it has something to do with the Road Runner issues and ip blockage. It's one problem after another here.

Please send an email to domains@ev1servers.net and include your IP address. We will look into it for you.

were they able to fix the problem? i still could not register.
emailed them several times but never got a reply...

They reply to me every time, are you sure your email is getting through?

You still cannot register your domain because your ip is blocked.

Even you use proxy (as Ev1 suggests), you cannot renew your domain successfully because Proxy won't go through https. (or for unknown reason, they cannot resolve EV1 registration page.)
