For no apparent reason - a day ago my Amavis log began filling up with the following:

... One of our users is getting two messages sent to him over and over again -- one of which had a RAR attachment.

I have cleared the qmail queue's multiple times, checked and rechecked the clam configuration and amavis qmail-queue and everything looks right.

Does anyone have any suggestions on the cause of this or how I can fix it?
