I am going to buy a new computer to use it as a server but I can not decide which computer to choose. Below are 3 offers. All offers are from different shops and the problem is that price difference between 1st and 3rd example is almost 200 USD. All 3 offers looks similar. Why such a price difference? Sorry, i am not expert in "DIMM" "DDR" "FSB" etc, etc.
Thank you.

Personally I'd be looking elsewhere for a server - you don't need things such as the graphics cards mentioned above. Is this going to be a local server or a co-lo one? If colo then why the CD-RW drive as well? In all honesty, you'd be better off firstly deciding exactly what you want the server for and then get/build yourself a suitable machine for the job otherwise you'll be paying for hardware that isn't required

Penguin,
I don't need CD-RW drive. All 3 offers I copied from websites of computer shops and all 3 contain CD-RW drive. I will ask to remove things what I don't need.
But my question is about motherboard, memory, hard disk etc... For example, what is the difference between:
EPoX 4PDA3I, i865PE
and
i845PE(OC FSB800) DDR SB 6ch LAN
etc.

Essentially you're comparing 3 identical computers.

NOPE.. Read #1... It says a Intel 845PE motherboard, which supports a 533MHz FSB... Then it specifies OC to 800MHz
I would *definitely* stay away from that. It's using the 845 chipset, which is not great for performance, and then it's OC'd, so you lose warranty from Intel, *and* will have stability issues.
