We are noticing on one server qmail is not sending out any emails., we get the following error in maillog

Jan 8 09:17:49 xxxxx qmail: 1073553469.344998 delivery 65: deferral: qmail-spawn_unable_to_open_message._(#4.3.0)/

Any ideas ?

The mail queue is corrupted. Use qmHandle to fix it.
