Some of you know that a few weeks ago I was considering a move but with our experience tonight I am sooo glad that we stayed. Last night we shuffled services between our servers leaving us desiring a ram upgrade on our Dell Dual Xeon. I contacted sales who referred us to the datacenter. Unfortunatly the datacenter replied saying it may be up to a week for ram to be in stock. I contacted Mario who got me in touch with Koree in the datacenter who got us hooked up with the ram upgrade tonight. The server was down less than ten minutes and the upgrade was performed within minutes of our request. Major props to Koree and everyone else involved! This really does enforce our satisfaction here and makes us feel great about being here. I know it has been said in the past but this sort of customer service is awesome and truly apreciated!
