I have transferred all of my web sites from my old server (REDHAT 7.3 - cPanel) to a new server (REDHAT 9 - cPanel).

Now my users do not have webmail access (squirrelmail, Horde, ...).

In squirrelmail the error is:

ERROR:
ERROR : Could not complete request.
Query: CREATE "INBOX.Sent"
Reason Given: CREATE failed: Can't create mailbox node /home/username/: Permission denied

My old server has one HDD the new one has two HDDs and by defauld location of new web sites is: /home2

- How can I solve it? This is urgent, my users can not check their emails!

did you try running..

/scripts/fixpop
/scripts/mailperm

and if that doesn't work

/scripts/fixeverything

I used them but still I have the problem and get this error in the left frame of squirrelmail:

PLEASE NOTE THE CORRECT PATH IS:
/home2/username/ <---- /home2
