You know what, im really pissed off this morning at Rackshack. This is now the second time in 2 weeks that one of my servers has been mistakenly and blunderously rebooted. What is Rackshacks policy, if any, that their techs are rebooting the proper server? I would like to know because this is inexcusable!!

Last week somebody rebooted my box and it took them at least 2 reboots to get it back online. Not to mention it took them over 1hr to do it. Today was a repeat of last week. The box is coming on 1hr of downtime. Thats 2hrs of downtime in two weeks. Unheard of with Primenet but i wish the techs would be a little more careful.

Could be worse, they could reimage your box on accident.
