I don't know of one which is already completed Zac, but I do know of a helpdesk system which is currently in development to work in conjunction with a free php-based bulletin board system. Not sure if it's going to be totally php/mysql or not yet, however I'm guessing it will be. The end product is going to be modeled after perldesk except that it will also mesh together seamlessly with OpenBB.

I'm the head developer of this support system.

Yes, it will be PHP/MySQL based and it will work on the same principles as PerlDesk, except that it will have the added benefit of being integrated with OpenBB's (openbb.com) user backend to allow one click sign-on. You will also be able to use the system even if you do not use OpenBB.
