For some reason I need to change one of my domains to another IP-address.

I use EV1-nameservers.

What are the steps I need to follow to arrange this?

In WHM scroll down to the Account Functions section. About the 4th or 5th item from the bottom of that section should be "Change Site's IP Address". Click that and follow instructions.

I did what you told me, but I only see my main IP-address...... ;-(

EV1 gave me other Ip-addresses, but I cannot see them.

You say they gave you the new IPs, but did you configure them on your box yet?

They give them to you, after that you need to add them to your box...

Back into WHM, scroll down to IP Functions.
Click on Add a New Ip Address.
Enter the IP to add and click the Do It button.
Repeat to add any other IPs you were given.

Now that you have the IPs on your box go back and follow the steps I gave you the first time.
