I was looking at Config.pm located in /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr and found this line:
'wait_list' => [q[wait://ls6.informatik.uni-dortmund.de:1404]],

Does anyone know what this is? I have it on multiple servers, so it must come by default or something.
