I was curious if anyone knew where I could obtain a Japanese Cpanel skin.

If you do a search on yahoo.co.jp for "japanese cpanel", you will be able to locate a few sites that offer Japanese cpanel. A couple also provide demos which you can simply use as a guide to modify your cpanel skin.

I live in Japan and even my Japanese friends had trouble translating the cpanel because for much of the English there is no direct translation. So we had to change a lot of the information which actually turned out nice because we were able to tailor it for our site.

These skins take a long time to translate and maintain, especially in Japanese. I really recommend that if you plan to host Japanese clients that you invest a lot of time in producing your own theme. This way you will look very credible and professional.

A few of my Japanese business associates couldn't believe how badly translated in Japanse some of the cpanels were out there. This is why I strongly suggest looking on Japanese search engines for Japanese sites who have Japanese customers. People are very picky over here for quality so since we have been able to do things right we have seen a huge increase in business.

I figured I might have to do that, but I have noticed so many Japanese hosting companies with a decent (to me) X Skin, I figured they possibly bought it somewhere.

Looks like I will just have to base themes off of that and the babelfish translation page and have my Japanese clients go over it with me page by page to make sure everything is ok.

But, still if anyone has one for sale, or knows where to get one, please let me know!
