I have a problem regarding a account with reseller rights.

The client wants to see the limits of the reselleraccount inside cpanel and WHM.
So when he has 20Gb/200GB for reselling he wants to see that in his cpanel-account also.

He said he had the same with his old host and he want's that also with this account.
I said that this wasn't possible.
This is wat i said.
You can only set the limit on reselleracounts in WHM resellercenter. Right?
4 options
1 Limit the amount of accounts client can create by number
2 Limit account creation to pre-assigned packages
3 Limit the amount of each package that client can create. (This
implies the option above.)
4 Limit Accounts that client can create by Resource Usage

1 ,2 and 3 wil give no limit on bandwidth and disk-usage. right?

Only 4 can i use for limits on bandwidth and disk-usage. right?

What i give to the orginal account his cpanel (bandwith and disk-usage limits) wil have no affect in his WHM. right?

He still will not believe me!

Can anybody help me?

If this is possible please tell me how.
I wil fix it then en say sorry to the guy.

If this is not possible (Something i believe)
Please say so.
Then maby he believes me!

My client is driving me nuts

I think that the space comes out of his account because after all you are only adding "reseller privlidges".

Hi if you gointo your reseller center in your whm you will see a link saying change ownership . select his account then proceed on the next page that loads select his account from the drop down apply this and he will then see himself and his account in his whm but if he deletes this root account that has been created it will wipe the rest of his accounts...hope this helps

Hello,

What I've seen is that if your reseller has the properties set up in the reseller panel to allow him to create based on a quota, then his limits and what he's used will show up below the account creation box.

I'm pretty much a newb to Cpanel and this may not even be what you were looking for; if not I apologize.
