I recently ordered a GeoTrust SSL certificate that didn't work when I tried to install it. The order process went great.

Here's the issue: After ordering the SSL certificate is lists

I contacted support by email with my RS number, issue and order number and they responded with this:


"Dear customer,
Please make a trouble ticket regarding this matter so that we can
investigate.

EV1Servers.net Technical Support"

So, I patiently went to my members area and created a support ticket as requested.

To my surpise I found today there had been no answer after 24 hours, so I contacted live support and they told me I had to email ssl@ev1.net directly. I couldn't find this address anywhere, not on the support pages or on the SSL ordering pages and it wasn't even listed in the Thank You for the order of the SSL certificate!


Could you please make it easier for contact this address? I mean why didn't support forward this original email to you in the first place? And why isn't this address listed as the SSL contact email?

I now had to go emailing support directly, creating a support ticket and now contacting live support just to get another address for your other department?

Come on guys, what's going on? Your service is normally great, why am I getting pushed around the departments like this?
