Well, this won't bounce messages, but I don't bounce those anyway because then I just get back a double bounce in the catchall since all of the spam sender addresses are usually fake.
Anyway, this is compliments of NightHawk (I believe) from a post awhile ago...
Set up a single email account (I use
null@domain.com)
Do
not click off the "Mailbox" option to create mailbox on the server. Don't forward ore re-direct the mail anywhere either. Just create the mailname and that's it.
Then when you have a certain email address that gets a lot of spam, create a mailname for that one and re-direct the mail to your
null@domain.com mailname.
That will effectively send the spam off to null space, never to be seen again.
