I have a free e-mail service for my web site users with everyone.net. They can get mail like name@mydomain.com. The mx record goes to sitemail.everyone.net and the e-mail is hosed on everyone.net servers. I got a e-mail from rackshack saying that one of my free e-mail users was spamming and if not corrected or they received further spam reports my server would be taken off line!! I removed that user but what exactly can I do in the future so rackshack doesn't pull my server??

I think removing the user was the best course of action, of course be sure to list some form of mention that spammers will be deleted instantly.. Mouse

Well..... you really can't fix this! It is a risk that you accept by using one those services. They are havens for spammers.... in fact they themselves are spammers.
