Can anyone help with this as its been bugging me for a while. I'd like to fix it and shut non-secure ftp down altogether.

I have SSH working on port 22 and SFTP access with my admin account using CuteFTP pro. However when I try to SFTP with a users FTP Login it wont connect. SSL support is selected in the domain on Plesk.

Is there something else I am missing ( obviously yes as I cant get it working ) and if so some pointers would be very much appreciated.

Thanks
Andy

This is not working in the default Plesk setup. I can not see how you logged in with admin by FTP.

How do I force all users to use SFTP and configure it to work on their accounts thus disabling insecure FTP then ?

You can not do this. If you use ssh for sftp you can disable proftpd, but you will lose the chroot features. You can use stunnel with proftpd, but this could be a little more complicated and not all clients will be able to connect. However proftpd will be available as well.
