I don't have my domain pointing to my server yet, but would like to view test pages in my browser using the exclusive IP.

I already went to Plesk > Server > IP Aliasing and clicked on the "H", then selected the radio button for the only domain on the server, and then clicked the "Set as Default" button. This is an exclusive IP for 1 domain.

Still no go.

Any suggestions?

Wait about 15 minutes for the apache to restart. Then it should work.

Apache was the problem. It wasn't even running!
