Can somebody please tell me why the backup button in my plesk 6 control panel isn't enabled, and what I need to do to enable it?

You need to download and install the backup utilities from Plesk. Look in the Downloads -> Utilities area of their website.

Thanks...now how do I install that? I'm guessing I upload it to my server somewhere, and then run a line of code somewhere?
