This has been discused many times in the forums just do a search for Paypal and you will find threads. And no reason for paypal, why put a lot of $$$$$ into a paypal account then have someone pay with a fraud account and Ev1's account gets frozen?

I think you may have misread the thread. EV1 has never accepted PayPal as a form of payment.

If you did, you used a PayPal MasterCard -- which is just that -- a MaterCard Debit Card. That will go through as any other Debit purchase, through the MasterCard network. You did not transfer funds from your PayPal account like a normal PayPal transaction.
