Update: I been doing a check up for the last 20 or so minutes and my Free Memory has been going down and down every minute! I currently only have 8303 out of 513092! Why is this happening? icon_sad.gif

Alright, Everyday I get a warning log from SIM about my current events, and everyday for some reason HTTPD restarts itself...twice, sometimes even six times!

Here is an example report I got today:

It seems whenever it clears my logs, it just dies and has to restart. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this is happening and how to fix it?

My current uptime only says 12 minutes icon_sad.gif

I suppose SIM restarts apache every time your logs reach a size of 150MB. Perhaps you should make that figure larger, 150 is really low in my opinion. Just rotate with logrotate or something.

About the memory: that's perfectly normal for a Linux system. That's the way it works.

ok..

And it's common for Linux to shrivel down its memory to the point of dieing? I never knew! icon_razz.gif

It seems to be working nicely now though so I guess you're right icon_biggrin.gif

BTW..Where do I edit the log limit? I found nothing in HTTPD.conf
