Can someone point me please in the right direction - what i have to do with aw-stats and webalizer so that they run like usual ???

i have a RH9 Box with Cpanel and after a few day's it still shows in the awstats and in the webalizer by countries only a ?unknown

what i have to do that both of the programs recognize the countries of the visitors

- like .net xxx 12 % or .de 13 % .

Did you click the option that allows for cpanel do to reverse dns on all of the stats. It will take ALOT more cpu but is required to get the country.

if you talk about the WHM option by server tweak settings
- yes it is enabled -

a cross check after playing arround says in awstats - the countries seems to working.

but not in Webstats - it shows only countries 100% Unresolved / Unknown

any help is highly appreciated.
