I could use some help
I have email problems and they range from an hour or more delay to no delivery at all. In this email there was about an hour delay. with secure.ssl2.com being my server I am trying to figure out if the one hour delay was at the ip just before my server or if the delay is after my server received it.

Right - well I'm confused why AOL is showing up in there?
I guess AOL is the ISP correct?

The problem looks like AOL
Therefor the message delay between your box and AOL is minial - about 5-10 minutes which is probably again AOLs problem, there was a large difference between when AOL servers received the message and when it was sent.

thats the way I read it. but I wanted to get another opinion before I called them.
