I would like to have one folder that can be accessed by all domains on server. Basically a folder that contains content that can be accessed by any domain that is created on the server without having to symlink each and every one.
Anyone have the scoop on this?

add this to your httpd.conf: (/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf)
Alias /younameit /path/to/shared_directory
Alias /younameit /path/to/shared_directory
