I know this is kind of dumb, but how do I have spam redirected to the "spambox"?

Right now, it just fills the mail queue.

After not getting any replies yesterday, I took a closer look this morning.

It turns out the mailbox was full for one account (mine)!

But I was checking my mail every 10 minutes! And the InBox was empty!

That's when I ssh'd in and found that the "spam" file had 15000 messages in it!

So now the question is, how do I prevent this from happening to my customers? If they don't use web mail, then they will never get the contents of their spam folders and they will fill up.

What to do?
