Is there any way to view a domain on a dedicated ip in plesk?

I want to move my site from one server to another while the dns resolves I would like to be able to view it on the dedicated ip ?

I have it set up right and the site does not show up?

IT's possible. First use an exclusive IP to setup the domain and then assign your domain to be the default domain on this IP. You can do this in Plesk -> Server -> IP Aliasing.
